Anxiety Support Group

Each year, anxiety affects 18% of adults in the United States. It is a debilitating disorder that can make those affected feel incredible amounts of fear and an inability to control their environment. Over 37 million adults are left to suffer their various anxiety disorders alone, but you don't have to. Mixed with professional therapies, support groups have been found to be beneficial and therapeutic.

Depression Support Group

Did you know that 6.7% of all American adults had at least one major depressive episode in 2016? Depression is one of the leading causes of illness in the United States, yet very few ever seek help. Joining a support group for your depression can connect you with those who best understand your struggles and along with professional therapy, help you manage your depression.

Grief support for Suicide Loss Survivors

Support Group Session

Few tragedies are as difficult to bear as losing a loved one to suicide. The grief, anger, guilt, and confusion can leave you feeling as if no one understands your pain. Our support group for survivors of suicide aims to connect those "left behind" and help you begin to build a community with people just like you.
